Governing Law
This User Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the KHE Site and this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. Collection of Your Data
Personal Data. When you fill out an "Apply Online" form, we ask for your name, email address, postal address, phone number, whether you are a foreign student, whether you will be seeking financial assistance, and current employer. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.
When you fill out a “Contact Us” form, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, academic status, program of interest, and how you heard about us.
We use the personal data you submit on these forms to contact you about enrollment in our educational programs or to follow up on your request for information. We may also use your data to continue to send you information about other programs we think you might be interested in.
Anonymous Data. We automatically collect IP addresses and Web site usage information from you when you visit the KHE Site. This information helps us evaluate how our visitors use and navigate the KHE Site on an aggregate basis, including the number and frequency of visitors to each Web page, and the length of their visits.
Sharing Your Data
We share your information only with other Kaplan companies and the service providers who help us to run this KHE Site or to fulfill your requests.
